Do we all pay for services separately in a group?
Yes. Each applicant is billed separately for each stage of service — consultation, documentation, admission, etc. However, a group discount may apply at certain stages.
What does the service fee cover?
Each stage covers:
Professional consultation or service delivery
Tailored support, advisory and recommendations
Ongoing communication and progress tracking
Dedicated Client Case ID (CID)
Review and preparation of your application/documents
Are discounts available for group applications?
Yes! Groups of 3 or more applicants are eligible for up to 10% off the Admission Support Stage if everyone applies together (if all members enrol together). T&Cs apply.
What if we are 4, 5, or more in a group?
You can start with the Trio Plan and add others using the Group Extension (₦7,000 per extra person). All applicants must be registered together.
Can we share one consultation as a group?
No. Each consultation is treated as a separate case and must be billed individually. Shared sessions may be arranged for convenience, but each person is charged (so all applicants will be billed separately).
What happens after we pay for membership?
Each client receives:
A welcome email
A Pre-Consultation Form
Scheduling for their personal consultation session
A dedicated Client Case ID (CID)
How do we pay for services?
Payment is via Bank Transfer. Full details and instructions are shared upon registration.
Can I upgrade my membership plan later?
No. Membership type is selected at the beginning. If more members join later, they will need to register separately or as part of a new group.
