What are TSAA Add-On Services?
TSAA Add-Ons are optional extra services designed to support your study abroad journey. They are not part of the core 6-stage process but can enhance your experience and increase your chances of success.
Do I need to pay for Add-Ons separately?
Yes. Add-Ons are billed separately from your main service package. You’ll receive a separate invoice if you choose to include any Add-Ons.
When can I request an Add-On service?
You can request Add-Ons at any stage of your TSAA process. Some Add-Ons are relevant before departure (like CV Writing or Interview Prep), while others are useful after arrival (like Entry Accommodation or Post-Arrival Support).
What Add-On services do you offer?
We currently offer the following Add-Ons:
Campus Tour (virtual or in-person)
CV Writing (professional formatting and editing)
Interview Preparation (mock sessions for admissions or visas)
Document Translation (for non-English academic/legal documents)
Pre-Departure Webinar (live prep session)
Additional University Applications (more than the 3 included in Stage 3)
Entry Accommodation Arrangement (assistance securing temporary housing in the UK)
Can I combine multiple Add-Ons?
Yes, you can. Clients often combine services like CV Writing and Interview Prep. Discounts may apply if you select more than two Add-Ons at once.
Can Add-Ons be refunded if not used?
No. Once an Add-On has been paid for and the service has started, it is considered non-refundable.
Are Add-Ons required to use TSAA's main services?
No. Add-Ons are completely optional. They are offered for clients who want additional support or personalised enhancements to their journey.
